Mattress Cleaning
You spend approximately 3,000 hours per year on your mattress. Over time, it accumulates dead skin cells, sweat, dust mites, bacteria, and allergens. Studies show mattresses can harbour more harmful bacteria than toilet seats due to the warm, humid environment and accumulated organic matter. Professional cleaning removes these contaminants for a healthier sleep environment.
We recommend professional mattress cleaning every 6-12 months, depending on usage. If you have allergies, asthma, pets on the bed, or young children, more frequent cleaning (every 4-6 months) may be beneficial.
Our comprehensive treatment removes: dust mites and their allergens, dead skin cells, sweat stains, urine stains and odours, bacteria and viruses, mould spores, body oils, and general soiling. We treat the entire mattress - top, bottom, and all four sides.
No! Our dry cleaning method means your mattress is ready to sleep on the same night. Unlike steam cleaning, we use minimal moisture, so there's no waiting for days and no risk of mould growth.
Yes, we specialise in urine removal. Our probiotic treatment breaks down urine at a molecular level, eliminating both the stain and the odour - not just masking it. This is particularly effective for pet accidents and children's bedwetting.
Dust Mites & Allergies
Dust mites are microscopic, eight-legged arachnids related to spiders. They thrive in warm, humid environments like mattresses and carpets. While they don't bite, they produce allergens in their droppings that trigger health problems in many people.
The statistics are concerning: up to 42,000 dust mites can live in just one ounce of dust. The average home generates 40 pounds of dust annually, and dust can contain up to 15 species of mites. Your mattress provides the perfect environment - warmth, humidity, and a constant food supply of dead skin cells.
According to the World Health Organization, dust mite allergens cause headaches, runny nose, itchy skin, and puffy eyes. They are identified as the dominant biological trigger for allergies and asthma attacks, particularly at night. Symptoms include: asthma attacks, hay fever, sinusitis, eczema and skin rashes, and respiratory issues. At least 100 million people worldwide are affected by dust mite allergies.
Our three-step process: 1) We use HEPA-equipped extractors to physically remove mites, their eggs, and allergens. 2) We apply a natural formula that eliminates their food source (dead skin cells). 3) We sanitise and deodorise to kill remaining bacteria. This comprehensive approach provides lasting results.
Carpet Cleaning
Traditional steam cleaning (hot water extraction) saturates your carpet with water, requiring hours or even days to dry. This creates risks of mould growth, shrinkage, and damage to underlay and flooring. Our dry encapsulation method uses 95% less moisture - your carpets are dry before we leave, with no risk of water damage.
Our 6-step process: 1) Full vacuuming of the carpet. 2) Pre-spray application of grime-dissolving solution. 3) Deep grooming with European equipment. 4) Crystallisation - dirt transforms into crystals for easy removal. 5) Stain treatment with natural probiotic formula. 6) Final vacuuming to remove trapped dirt. Remaining dry crystals continue absorbing residue for days.
No. Because we use minimal moisture, there's no risk of shrinkage, warping seams, or damage to the carpet, underlay, or floor beneath. Our method is safe for all carpet types.
With wet cleaning methods, moisture soaks deep into carpet fibres and underlay. As it evaporates over days, it wicks dirt and residue back up to the surface - causing "returned stains." Our dry method doesn't have this problem because there's no excess moisture to evaporate.
No. Many carpet cleaning methods leave detergent residue that actually attracts more dirt, making carpets get dirty faster. Our crystallisation process leaves no sticky residue - in fact, carpets stay cleaner longer because there's nothing for dirt to stick to.
Upholstery Cleaning
We clean all types of fabric upholstery including: cotton, velvet, linen, synthetic fabrics, wool, and leather. This includes sofas, lounges, armchairs, dining chairs, ottomans, poufs, outdoor furniture, and fabric headboards.
Yes. Our pH-neutral, water-soluble products are safe for delicate fabrics. Unlike harsh dry-cleaning solvents, our natural cleaning process won't cause colour loss, fabric damage, or leave harmful chemical residues.
No. Our eco-friendly method is designed to preserve fabric colours. You won't experience colour loss, bleeding, or fading that can occur with harsh chemical cleaners or excessive water.
Because we use minimal moisture, most upholstery is ready to use within a few hours, not days. We'll let you know the expected drying time based on your specific fabric type.
